These Speed Punch Mitts are manufactured with care and craftsmanship for an incredible training experience. Full contoured size and shape is ideal for honing jabs, power punches, hooks, uppercuts, angled punches and more.

Thick, resilient EVA foam padding mixed with high density Duraflex foam provides optimal impact resistant and shock absorption for trainer. Large grip ball is located at palm, so trainer can comfortably and firmly hold mitts during training, with maximum control.

Contoured design is ideal for every punch and strike. Inset ClimaCool nylon mesh top back allows hot air release keeping trainer cooler and drier during intense workouts. Moisture-wicking inside hand liner helps keep trainer more comfortable during intense workouts.

Full Velcro back wrist strap keep mitts secure during training. Super lightweight is ideal for classes and extended training. Padded finger cover on back that is preferred by most coaches.
